I’ve been thinking a lot lately about why I started this blog.
At the time, it was more than just a creative outlet. It was a lifeline. A way to navigate through life’s transitions, process grief, and give my thoughts a place to go and share with others walking the same path.
I didn’t have a plan.
Just a lot of emotion and a deep need to share what was on my heart.

Slowly, this space started to evolve. From stories of loss and healing to moments of joy and rediscovery. I found myself leaning into the things that lit me up. Simple pleasures, small joys, and little rituals that helped me feel more like myself again.
Talking about loss is still deeply important to me, and I know those stories matter. Connecting with others who have felt that same kind of quiet grief, the kind that doesn’t always have a clean name, is the reason all of this began. But I’ve also felt the pull to follow where my heart is going. And lately, it’s been moving more toward joy, momentum, and what comes next.
That’s what this space has become. A place where I share pieces of that with you.
Sometimes it’s a product I genuinely love. Sometimes it’s a memory, a moment, or a small shift that changed the tone of my whole day. Sometimes it’s just a thought I hope lands where you need it.
I don’t always have the answer. But I do believe in the power of showing up honestly, and that’s why I keep coming back here.
If you’re in a season of trying to find your footing again, I want you to know two things that have truly helped me. Joy so often lives in the smallest places. A morning walk, a favorite mug, a quiet five minutes that’s just yours. Noticing those things, even once a day, really can shift something. And creating something just for you, even if no one else ever sees it, is still a beautiful reason to begin a new chapter.
If any of that resonates, I put something together that I think you’ll find helpful. It’s called When A Season Ends, a heartfelt guide for women navigating life’s transitions. It’s free, it’s honest, and it came straight from my own experience of standing in that space between what was and what’s next.
If you’ve been reading along for a while, thank you. If you just found me, welcome. I hope this space feels like somewhere you can breathe.
